PSTN Premium Line

PSTN Premium Line is the same as a Standard BT analogue line that carries your normal voice calls. You can mirgate from current Provider to VoIP Unlimited and combine all your Telephone billing on one simple bill.

What is CPS?

Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) allows you to choose which telecommunications provider you want to carry your voice calls. There is no inconvenience involved with CPS, no auto diallers, manual prefixing or PBX programming; your customers keep their existing phone numbers and continue to make calls as usual. Your line rental will still be provided by your exsiting provider.

Migration Process

VoIP Unlimited does not charge a migration fee for taking over the billing on any PSTN (Public Switched Telephony Network) lines; just a new 12 month minimum contract applies.

Lead time for a new PSTN line: 7 – 10 working days (subject to survey)
Lead time to apply CPS on a BT line: 14 working days.
